2./ Scope of the data processed

6./ Who has access to the data, data processors

The personal data provided by users and the data automatically collected for technical operations may only be accessed by the staff of the data controller.

Personal data will not be transferred to third parties by the data controller, unless the user has provided his/her personal data for such a purpose. In the case of mandatory data transfers required by law, yandiya-infrapanel.hu will, before fulfilling each data request from the authorities, verify for each individual data whether the legal basis for the transfer is indeed valid and, if necessary, seek the opinion of the Data Protection Commissioner.

An exception to this is when you pay by credit card through Stripe, where the data required to finalise the order and pay for the product ordered is transferred to Stripe's secure system.
